Anyway to automate status log updates to a non-omg.lol mastodon account? Has anybody done this already?

tl;dr no, I have not done it, but here’s an idea…
I use the status-to-github-status sync GitHub Action, which I imagine could be modified to do what you’re describing…

I too would be really interested in this. 
FWIW, I believe @adam is hoping to support linking to non-lol Mastodon instances at some point (there was a tech issue previously).
I’m keeping my fingers-crossed!

Yes, it’s in the works. I keep running into problems getting the OAuth working on my external test instance, so I might try another different instance to see if that makes a difference. Will follow up with an update soon.

This is finally working now. In the Statuslog preference area, you can now specify an instance and direct status.lol posts there. Sorry this took so long!
