Sign in with username instead of email

For someone who does not know their omg.lol email, the email login process takes several steps:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click the link to the email lookup page
  3. Enter your username
  4. Go find where the email was sent
  5. Use that email at the sign-in page
  6. Go back to the inbox to click the login link

If possible, I’d like a slight tweak. I’d like to be able to enter my username in the sign-in page and just send the login link straight to the email on file. Then the process would be:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Enter your username
  3. Go find where the email was sent and click the login link

I’ve been in communication with the Passage team about possible support for usernames alongside account email addresses. If they add this feature, we’ll be all set! I’ll follow up as I hear more.
