I think the reason this hasn’t been done is because you can switch it to a raw HTML web page. How many people do this, only @adam knows.
Interesting take! But the page would still show up under profile.lol wouldn’t it? I always thought about this option as a toggle between Markdown and HTML but … hmmm 
Nope, iirc it just gives you a blank canvas and a textbox to fill in HTML. You can use HTML in Markdown, btw.

I think this does make sense! There are some downstream implications to things like API endpoints, so I’ll have to put some thought into how/when I do this, but overall I really should be calling the “web page” feature what it really is used for 99% of the time, which is a profile page. (And I need to do more to promote profile.lol as a thing, too, heh). Will dig into this soon!
