[Feature Request] Favicon support

G’day, I’d like to be able to set the favicon on my profile page, blog, and now page a la uploading an image like the profile picture.

Thanks for logging this one — enabling greater control over favicons has been on my mental to-do list for a while, but having it posted here will get the feature tracked!
