Currently, if you pull up a PURL (or Paste but I had to pick one category) to edit, and you change the name and press save (or update it via the API), it creates a new entry with the new name, keeping the old one around.
I think there’s certainly a place for a duplicate option, but I feel the vast majority of the time I simply want a rename in place for these.
